On the last week of term 1, the 5th batch of DHS YA shared our long term goals with the Dunman High Company year 4s. Through this short session, we were able to identify areas where we can help out and provide more assistance to support our juniors whilst tailoring our YA direction to ensure suitability for future YA batches. With the juniors' opinions in mind, we came up with 2 main long-term goals we would wish to achieve :

1. Acting as a support group for the Junior High COY

- Each YA would be paired with a Patrol Leader and Patrol Second

- Be constantly updated on dynamics of company

- Supply input and constructive feedbak on PA/ Skills Training proposals

- Organising activities occassionally for the DHS COY to keep skill level in check

2. Pioneering oriented

- Learning of new lashes and possibly introducing them to DHS COY after testing out ourselves

- Attempting projects of larger scales

We would work towards them starting next term.Coupled with the hectic school lives we share, we are certain that these goals are extremely difficult to achieve. Nonetheless, we will work hard and try our best to get there!💪
