Hey there!!! On Monday, the YAs had our first Skills Training session of pioneering in order to test out our proposed structure and revise our pioneering skills. This activity was organised in line with out previously discussed long term goals to focus on refining our pioneering skills to help out more in larger-scale events. Admittedly, the structure did not turn out as we expected due to the many hiccups we faced during the execution. We faced challenges like the overlooking of logistical availability and the feasibility of the structural design. Despite these, we were able to circumvent the hiccups with certain minor tweaks to our initial proposal and achieved a standing structure within the stipulated time:))) I think most of us can agree that this is not our best attempt and we do sure hope that we would be able to apply the lessons here to better the subsequent follow-up pioneering sessions.
