Hey there! After a long hiatus over the June break and MYEs, we finally had an opportunity for a YAL session. For this round of Skills Training, we carried out Outdoor Cooking and made Chicken Parm Pasta. We initially planned to use 2 portable gas stoves to cook up our dish but the gas canisters were empty so we had to resort to using solid fuels and mass tins. Things surely did not go our way but I'm pretty sure all of us very happy with the final dish we got after working with the resources we had.
